About the Event
What have you done for your Soul today?
Like all living things, our souls can thrive, or not so much. Every soul has a quality of life; a degree of well-being. Souls need attention and care. But How?
Join us for some 'Soul Care' and give your soul that tender loving care it deserves
There are greater things to be achieved in the New Year, and each and everyone should prepare their soul to be and feel great!
'Soul Care' is tending to the things around us and becoming sensitive to the importance of home, our daily schedule, and the decisions we make; these are ways of caring for the soul. Caring for the soul has to do with simple care of how we live that blesses our lives.
What is the Soul? “The soul is not a thing, but a quality for a dimension of experiencing life and ourselves. It has to do with depth, value, understanding, heart and personal substance. It is not a religious belief, or something to do with immorality. When we say someone has soul, we know what we mean, but it is difficult to specify exactly what that meaning is.
'Soul Care' can be described as a meditative group discussion of no more than 30 people. This allows for a much more interpersonal and genuine experience.
