Respite Saturdays – A Caregiver’s Break

Join us for a break from your caregiving duties.  We will be hosting four Saturday events!

This Saturday Respite will include:

• A visit from Santa!
• Presentation on services available for caregivers in Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County
• Stress-Reducing ideas and movements
• Special speaker
• Small group discussion with other caregivers
• There will be a coffee and donut welcome
• A healthy lunch
• Special gifts to help make caregiving a little easier

You will have a meaningful day filled with new information, time for relaxing and time for talking with other caregivers and professionals.

Partial Scholarships are available @ $30.00 each for those who need to hire someone to relieve them of their caregiving duties.

We need to plan for your arrival so make sure you have a spot reserved by the date indicated by contacting us via phone or email.
